Customer Quality Manager
(Melaka, Nationwide )
Job Descriptions
  • Liaise with customer on topics related to QA, audit and visit to customer site.
  • Formulate, implement and evaluate quality strategies and system to ensure quality of product.
  • Establish, implement and maintain document quality system, procedure and instruction to ensure is follow ISO/TS16949, International Quality System and Customer requirement.
  • Lead and coordinate internal and customer complaints by using 8D methodology (ICAR & ECAR).
  • Coordinate and report quality data according to customers' requirement.
  • Constantly review on quality system for improvement.
Job Requirements
  • Degree/Master in Electronics/Electrical/Science
  • Min 4 years related working experience in ISO/TS16949 Quality System.
  • Able to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
