Customer Quality Manager
(Melaka, Nationwide )
- Liaise with customer on topics related to QA, audit and visit to customer site.
- Formulate, implement and evaluate quality strategies and system to ensure quality of product.
- Establish, implement and maintain document quality system, procedure and instruction to ensure is follow ISO/TS16949, International Quality System and Customer requirement.
- Lead and coordinate internal and customer complaints by using 8D methodology (ICAR & ECAR).
- Coordinate and report quality data according to customers' requirement.
- Constantly review on quality system for improvement.
- Degree/Master in Electronics/Electrical/Science
- Min 4 years related working experience in ISO/TS16949 Quality System.
- Able to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
