Job Descriptions

Role: Customer Care Consultant

Duration: 1 Year Contract with Quess (Extendable)

Job Location: Subhang Jaya

Working Days: Any 5 days per week

Working Hours: Rotational Shifts

 

·         Candidate with prior experience in Contact Centre will be an advantage.

·         Fluent English and BM is a MUST, Mandarin will be an advantage.

·         Candidate with English writing skill will be an advantage.

·         Can able to handle the inbound and outbound calls.

Salary: RM 1800 to RM 2000 and Allowances (Based on Performance and Shifts)

Should Possess own transport

 

Allowances  For  transport 11 RM per Day.

Allowances  For  shift RM1 to RM3 per Hour.

Allowances  For  performance 1200 RM per Month.

 
Quess Benefits:
EPF + Sosco + Medical insurance + 15 days AL + 14 days ML.
