Job Descriptions
  • To make outbound call to prospects/customer to sell product & maintenance renewals using consultative selling technique.
  • Responsible to perform sales inquiries follow up with the customers/prospects and at the same time building the business relationship with them, either through the telephone or emails communication.
  • Ensure existing and prospective customers have a consistent and superior experience.
  • To register sales and update all relevant information in the CRM systems.
  • To meet KPIs on weekly or monthly basis set by management
Job Requirements
  • Good communication Skills. Excellent written and oral communicator.
  • Resourceful, proactive and committed, with a desire to achieve common goal and sales targets.
  • Ability to build rapport with potential and existing clients.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Articulate, professional and well presented.
  • Additional languages will be advantageous.
  • Education: Minimum SPM qualification. Preferably degree / diploma holders.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Sungai Besi.
  • Junior Executives / Fresh Graduates are welcome.
