We are looking for bright, outgoing, friendly individuals with sales & customer service experience to join our dynamic team as a Sales/Client Service Specialist. 

This job entails:

  • Managing the front desk and reception area.
  • Answering the phone and calling clients professionally and politely.
  • Greeting clients in the massage studio and giving a great customer experience.
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating massage therapist schedules accurately.
  • Listening to clients and matching them with the right massage therapist.
  • Selling our service, package and any latest promotion to customer.
  • Managing accurate register sales on our POS software.
  • Maintaining complete and accurate data entry of client records.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized and welcoming spa environment.
  • Supporting operations to keep the massage studio running smoothly.
  • Working with Manager/ Supervisor and Massage Therapists to maintain a fun workplace.

Job Requirements
  • Able written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu. Ability to converse in other languages would be an added advantage
  • Have previous sales experience (preferred).
  • Experience working in spa, salon,health or wellness business will be highly preferred.
  • Have experience with opening and/or closing a business and being a key holder.
  • Must have worked in an customer facing environment where you are confident and comfortable speaking with and establishing good rapport with clients, making face to face sales pitches in a convincing and conversational manner is key. 
  • Demonstrate excellent phone skills and great client relationship skills.
  • MUST be very computer literate and detail oriented with experience working with web-based scheduling / retail software that manages schedules, checks out clients, is highly preferred. 
  • Ability to prioritize, perform multiple tasks and be flexible to work in a changing, dynamic environment 
  • Self-starter / takes initiative to keep productive and contribute to completing operational tasks.
  • Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.
  • Possess general knowledge of massage and esthetic services and modalities.
  • Must have a great smile and friendly personality
  • Must able to work on shift, weekend and public holiday.
  • Must love massage since that’s our business! 

Qualified candidates will have at least one year of sales and customer service experience in a retail environment, be a team oriented thinker and possess the ability to learn new computer software. Must be available on weekends and Public Holiday.
