Job Descriptions

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with senior management to align sales strategies and solution to drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s ambitious growth

  • Plan and coordinate the implementation of business plans and the penetration of central air conditioning market

  • Source and screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending possible investments

  • Provide market feedback to the Senior Management regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas

  • Interact with OEM customers/prospects for the purpose of marketing and selling, evaluating performance and strength, delivery of customer product training, negotiating agreements, supporting customer product integration, and sales planning and forecasting

  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations

  • Provide sales input for annual strategic planning process and recommend pricing programs to remain competitive

  • Interface with QA and Regulatory regarding any observed or reported quality/safety issues.

  • Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship activities in the market

  • Attend tradeshows to provide sales support, generate leads, evaluate sales activities, strategies and strengths of the competition, identify new market and customer opportunities, and evaluate the success and perception of AAT products


  • Minimum of 5-10 years of business development and marketing experience in central air conditioning systems industry

  • Excellent level of technical and extensive selling knowledge

  • Strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of industry trend

  • Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads

  • Proven track record of success in sales development and contribution towards the profitability, and growth of company

  • Previous manufacturer-to-manufacturer and OEM sales experience

  • Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.



  • Bachelor degree or above

  • Business /Sales Marketing or related majors
