Customer Service Executive
(Lightgrey, Sungai Buloh (near Damansara), Selangor )
Job Descriptions
  • To handle all customer enquiries and request promptly, accurately and professionally. Handle Facebook, WhatsApp, e-mail, chat, inbound call and outbound call correspondence.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • To resolve customer’s complaints tactfully and escalate the case to Team Leader, when necessary.
  • Ensure data completeness, consistency, standardisation and formatting of customer database.
  • Have ability to multi- task, set priorities and manage time effectively- nevertheless willing to take extra miles to assist and resolve customer’s concern and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide customer’s comments to Team Leader for service improvement.


    Job Requirements
    • Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level/ Diploma/ Degree in any field.
    • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
    • Required language(s): Cantonese (traditional & simplified), English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandrine in writtern and verbal communication.
    • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
    • Able to work in shifthing (am/pm/midnight), weekend and public holiday schedules.
    • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
    • Able to start work immediately.
