Account Executive/Assistant
(Petaling Jaya, Selangor )
Job Descriptions
  • Responsible in handling full set of accounts and management reporting for the managed portfolio.
  • Responsible for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger.
  • Handle daily collections and banking activities.
  • Manage petty cash and process employee claims.
  • Monitor inventory, purchasing and control of the approved budget.
  • Assist in ad-hoc duty assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess Diploma / Degree in Accountancy.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field, preferable in property management industry.
  • Knowledge in GST, CSS Property Management System, SQL Financial Accounting & computer literate in MS Office.
  • Analytical, multi-tasking, committed, initiative to learn and able to work independently with minimum supervision and meeting
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
