JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities

  • Report to Clinic Managers and provide receptionist duties at front counter.
  • Update patient registration information and process medical records in accordance with standard operating procedures or instructions from the Supervisor.
  • Deal with enquiries to provide non-clinical advice and information on clinic services.
  • Liaise with medical staff and patients in making appointments across different specialities available within the organisation.
  • Assist doctors and nurses in basic clinical tasks to ensure a high level of operational efficiency.
  • Collate laboratory and radiology results for doctor review and follow up according to doctor instruction.
  • To perform daily billing management and ensure all transaction are tally with the taking before closing accounts.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in team.
  • Able to apply basic patient care.
  • Assist doctors during consultation and clinical procedures (if necessary).
  • Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into computer system.
  • Handle all transactions include payments and ensure proper documentation.
  • Perform basic tests on patient (E.g. administering urine test, vision test etc.).
  • Operate & set up of clinic equipment.
  • Maintenance of the physical facility of the clinic.
  • Maintain filing system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties
Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Nursing or equivalent
  • Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position or 1 year clinic experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medications is necessary.
  • Ability to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English is essential
  • Proficiency in Computer and MS Office is essential.
  • Proactive, committed and ability to work independently under tight schedule.
  • Able to work shift/weekends/PH and staggered hours
  • Possess strong technical and problem solving skills
  • Good team player
