Customer Service Executive

Job Descriptions

You will work closely with the office management, responsible in handling all customer enquiries, complaints and suggestion procedures via live chat, emails and calls 

You are going to play an important role in customer satisfactory by providing professional service and product knowledge to our customer’s needs.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a secondary school / SPM / “O” Level, fresh graduate in any field are welcomed.

Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holidays.

Passionate in customer service line.

Good communication skills and able to interact with all levels of people.

Required Languages: Good English and Bahasa Malaysia both in written and spoken.

Chinese languages and previous customer service experience will be an added advantage.

Able to start work with a short notice.
