Job Descriptions

Client And Customer Services

  • To answer calls according to service level agreed by client
  • To answer calls according to call script agreed with client
  • To answer within the scope specified by client which includes but not limited to general enquiry, claims procedures, product benefit and claims status
  • To maintain acknowledgement and response of multiple email inbox dedicated to different clients, and reply within stipulated service level agreed with client
  • To learn, understand and apply the training provided internally and client on how to handle the customers through call, email, fax and system
  • To learn and familiarize self with process and procedures of how company’s customer service works
  • To update self with product knowledge, customer service soft skills and company & client’s processes on administering services to end customer/member
  • To create case, send notification acknowledgement in specified format and escalate emails to relevant department handling different services to client
  • To handle caller/member/customer from different geographic area via phone, email, fax and system
  • To handle calls according to quality criteria set internally and client
  • To report to senior/manager immediately on possible complaint
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in customer service/hospitality or related field
  • Working experienced in insurance / healthcare industry or related field is added advantage.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Orientation, interpersonal and communication skills
