Job Description: Are you an expert in business development and contribute towards fueling growth? Are you an expert in business development and can grow existing customers sales to next level? Then you might be the one we are looking for! You will be looking after Marine & Offshore (Oil&Gas Partly) & Hybridization Sales; Regional activity independently and/or teaming up with country, Regional and Global sales teams You will be leading by good example and involving local sales team in alignment with country managers and regional/country strategies. Open and developing new accounts preparing with full ownership across boarders preparing for hand over to local sales when stabilized and ramped up. Develop regional / country based business plan for the selected focus areas. You will also be responsible for •Marine & Offshore (Oil&Gas Partly) & Hybridization Sales •Finding & generating business relationship with suitable System Integrators/solution providers to enable sales channels to market;Secondary sales channel - looking for partners & OEMs •Finding & generating business relationship with other typical Drives train supply component makers; Panel builders to Marine & Offshore/Hybridization, Motor -, Generator- ,Transformer-, Filter-suppliers •Finding & Generating relationships with shipyards, M&O automation suppliers, M&O Engineering offices & other stakeholders •Priorities in alignment with local sales mng and open the doors together with local sales •Role model in all aspects, supporting the development of local sales capabilities •Prepare and plan execution of regional/local business plan within selected focus area aligned with direct line sales manager Education and Experience•Commercial and preferable engineering background increasing ability to understand and challenge customer needs •AC Drives or Power Conversion engineering skills are counted as benefit •Knowing M&O industry and networks is preferred (but not mandatory) •Min 8 years of experience from front line sales preferable from the business industry and with drives back ground •Sales Management and Sales Channel development are counted as benefit
