Job Description: 1.1. Reporting to RegionalHuman Resource Director.APR 1.2. Areas of Responsibilities The positionof Talent Acquisition Specialist is a part of an important strategic business plan.Youwill be a part of a team that builds up the competencies,streamline processes,source new talent pools,and strengthen partnerships across the business. This position will be located Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and primarily support recruitment for the Asia Pacific region.There is the possibilty of 10% travelwithin the region. 1.3. Key responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment based on our global processes and in close cooperation with hiring managers and other stakeholders • Effectively create awareness around our Employee Referral Program • Act as advisor and process expert to determine recruitment strategy, key competencies and skils for success in order to source candidates effectively. • Create appealing job advertisements and post them to relevant channels • Provide effective screening and pre-selection using all relevant tools and conducting initial interviews to increase quality of shortlist candidates towards hiring managers • Schedule interviews with interview teams and participate on request, always ensuring effective job interviews and assessment against relevant criteria and data • Facilitate discussions towards selection of the best suitable candidate, negotiation and offer extension,running background and reference checks • Play an active part and be an ambassador for promoting Danfoss as employer of choice and work closely with the branding and sourcing team • Identify key talent for the organization and develop strong talent pipelines across the business and Asia Pacific region • Provide the best possible candidate and hiring manager experience • Support multiple Asia Pacific sites and be able to travel periodically to those sites for increased visibility and customer service 2. Candidate • Bachelors degreein Human Resources, Business, or related discipline. • Masters degree a plus • 3-7 years of full life cycle talent acquisition experience preferably within an operation, supply chain, and/or engineering/technical discipline supporting the manufacturing or related industry. • Proficient user of recruitment (ATS) systems (e.g. Kenexa / 2xBrassring) and MS Office • Excellent networking, coaching and communication skills • A team player and willingness to support when needed on various recruiting initiatives and projects • Self-motivation, strong time management and organization slo ls • Ability to manage 20 or more requisitions and meet SLAs and target KPls • Able to travel10-15% or more as needed to support multiple Asia Pacific sitesDelete this line and enter job description here!

Job Requirements
