Customer Service Executive
(Email Team)
Location: Bangsar South, KL
Salary: RM2300 – RM2800 + allowance
Working hours: 24/7 rotational shift, 5 days

Customer Service Executive (CSE) is a member of Customer Service workgroup within Brandt International. Customer Service team is a position at the frontline to represent and ensure excellent service across all customer segments and partners appropriately.

Responsibilities:
To be responsible and dedicated to all incoming telephone / e-mails / fax / chat / online enquiries from customers, problems and complaints relating to products and services, with the objective of resolving customer issues on a timely basis, providing first excellent contact resolution

Job Requirements

Requirements:
Malaysian
Excellent verbal and written English communication
Minimum SPM with good credit in English subject
