HR and Admin Executive

Job Descriptions

The primary role of Admin and HR  executive is to overlook the day to day running operation function in the office and oversee recruitment activities. The candidate will need to have prior experience in a similar capacity (Admin 70%) with strong time management and organization skill. 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

Administration

 

Sales Support : 

  • Invoicing, vendor registration, Tax support, payment re-conciliation, payment tracking, issue credit vouchers / memo’s.

 

Accounting & Payroll support : 

  • Monitor and tracking receivables, payables, filing of supplier invoice and payment documentation.
  • Commission Claim Calculation for Sales Division.

 

General office management : 

  • liasing with landlord, office maintenance, IT management, procuring office supplies and control office expenditures.

 

HR Support : 

Managing Payroll process, reconciliation the payroll of commissions, staff leave tracking, filing of employment contracts & confidential banking and processing of personal claims and payments, keep company handbook up to date. 

 

Sourcing & Recruitment Support: 

  •  Advertise and work closely with online recruitment job portal to increase traffic of applicants. 
  • Write up company company Advertisement from head to toe.
  • Sourcing candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods including but not limited to referrals, networking, internal database searches, online searches and internet postings.
  • Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide constant source of candidates for up and coming requirements.
  • Ensuring the placement of right candidate at the right place and time using the right recruitment processes to facilitate the selection of the best candidates.
  • Plan monthly and yearly recruitment.
  • Supports the preparation of appointments, reassignments and separation.
  • Determines eligibility for salaries, entitlements and benefits & prepares estimated calculations.
Job Requirements
  • Female Only.
  • At least 3 - 4 years of relevant working experience in Admin & HR line. 
  • Strong in administration skills. 
  • Experienced in recruitment. (Candidates must  possess proven success in recruiting candidates).
  •  A fighter even when things get harder. 
  • Fluent in English
  • A perfectionist who likes to solve human problems. 
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented. 
  • Positive minded, can work independently as well as in a group. 
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Damansara Perdana.
