Customer Service Representative
( Kul. Lumpur )
· Handling customer enquiry, request & complaints.
· Process customer order & billing.
· Maintain proper documentation & filling.
· Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
· Customer support experience will be an advantage.
· Able to communicate in basic English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
· Able to work on weekends and on shift rotation.
· Able to work independently with minimum guidance and supervision.
