Senior Executive/Assistant Manager , Company Secretarial

Job Descriptions
  • To provide secretarial services in managing and administering secretarial practices and corporate secretarial requirements in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations
  • To assist in the preparation or pre and post meetings
  • To ensure proper maintenace of all secretarial documents
  • To review or prepare resolutuon, minutes and statutory documents 
  • To attend to ad-hoc assignments
Job Requirements
  • ICSA qualification
  • With at least 5 years' working experience in the company secretarial function
  • Well versed in the Companies Act 2016, and other related laws and regulations
  • Detailed, meticulous, analytical with high problem solving capabilities
  • Excellent writing skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and capable to communicate with all levels
  • Proactive with a strong sense of responsibilities and urgency
  • A good team player and able to work with minimum supervision
