Customer Service Representative
(TTDI, Kul. Lumpur )
1. Answering calls, replying e-mails and chat from customers of their respective languages (native for Japan, Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Tagalog)
2. Handle inquiries pertaining to clients’ product.
3. Handle irritate customers.
4. Resolves customer issues and manages excellent customer relations at all times.
5. Escalate to second level if there’s any issues.
6. Handling customers’ requests in a time sensitiveschedule
7. Appropriately communicate to provide excellent customer service
8. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
9. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
1. Required languages: English and native for Japanese, Korean, Thai, Indonesia, Vietnam and Tagalog.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Able to work on rotational shift, weekends and public holiday.
4. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
