Account Clerk

Job Descriptions


  • Providing accounting and clerical assistant
  • Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
  • Responsible for account receivable, payable, issuing invoices & cheques
  • Enquire accuracy in accounts data entry transaction
  • Prepare expenses payment due to staff and general expenses of the Company
  • Record payments made to company by customers
Job Requirements

Requirements: -

  • Candidate who is able to speak Mandarin and English
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma level in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent
  • Undertake special assignment, ad hoc function and related duties as and when require
  • Familiarity with book-keeping and basic accounting procedures
  • Competency in ms office, databases and accounting software
  • Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
  • Positive attitude, independent, self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Work Location:  Puchong & Subang One City
  • Salary 2,500 to 3,500 (based on experience & working performance)
