Telesales Executive (Consumer Product | Call Center)

Job Descriptions

As a Telesales Executive, You will be responsible to contact individual/businesses by telephone to promote consumer products or services as per scripted sales pitch to the customers. To explained the products or services to customers over the phone and handle customer's enquiries. You will also required to achieve daily and monthly sales target given by the superior.

Job Requirements

To be successful to this role, You will need to have: 

  • At least SPM.
  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience (With at least 1 Year Experience in Sales Industry)
  • Experience in telesales/telemarketer/sales promoter roles is desirable. Past working experience in contact/call center preferred.
  • Ability to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia & English. 
  • Commission driven, target oriented individual.
