HR&ADMIN ASSISTANCE

Job Descriptions
  • Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
  • Maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies)
  • Updating HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
  • Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
Job Requirements
  • Have experience in admin
  • Minimum qualification : Diploma and above
  • fast learner
  • knows Microsoft office
