Audit team Leader

Job Descriptions

Audit Manager is responsible for organising and overseeing preparation 
of Financial Audited Report for the clients in accordance with the Malaysian
Accounting Standard .
b. Review process then make any necessary 
recommendations to change policies, implement new systems or even change 
employee roles and team structures.
c. The Audit Manager will work directly with the Finance Director and company 

Expected to perform any of the following tasks:
a. Lead audit team including planning, 
executing, directing, and completing the engagement while managing client 
deadline expectations, monitoring actual performance against budget
b. Identify risks and manage
c. Develop and maintain a relationship with clients and proactively work with 
clients’ management to gather necessary audit information, identify issues and 
make recommendations for business improvements and identify potential 
additional business opportunities.
d. Active engagement with senior staff to gain a good understanding of the 
e. Ensure compliance with internal (audit methodology and risk management) and 
external (regulatory) requirements
f. Supervise, coach, train ,mentor and develop Audit Seniors, Staff and Interns, 
including detailed review of audit work papers and evaluate performances on 
client engagements.
g. Highly dedicated with a positive attitude, self-motivated, a team player 
who takes initiative and willing to learn.

Job Requirements

Academics Qualifications & Knowledges
a. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Masters degree a plus
b. CPA • 5+ years of public accounting experiences
c. Knowledge of GAAP ( Generally Accepted Accounting Standards) & GAAS ( 
Generally Accepted Auditing Standards )
d. Working knowledge of Malaysian Private Entities Reporting Standard (MPERS) 
and International Financial Accounting Standard and familiarised 
Malaysian Approved Standards on Quality Control, Auditing, Review, Other 
Assurance and Related Services

Skills and Experiences
a. Strong analytical, quantitative and management skills
a. Experience of leading, supervising and coaching members of staff
b. Delivering results and meeting client expectations
c. Planning and organising
d. Analysing and presenting recommendations
e. Flexibility to act autonomously while being a team player 
f. Excellent written and oral communication skills
