Job Descriptions

Job Title: Process Trainer

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Job Description:

The Process Trainer will be responsible for ensuring seamless training delivery and thereafter smooth transition of the participants from the training to the production floor

 

Principle Accountabilities:

Process Training

·         Acquiring Process Knowledge and getting certified by the Client

·         Deliver Process training

·         Participate in OJT 

Content management

·         Create content and desk-top-procedures

·         Review content at regular intervals to ensure all updates are incorporated

·         Seek client’s certification on each version of the Training Manual 

Update Management

·         Participate in Internal & External Calibrations.

·         Set up the Knowledge Management System 

Process Enhancement

·         Participate in Internal & External Calibrations.

·         Conduct refresher trainings based on TNI 

Educational Qualifications

·         Graduate in any discipline

·         Should have working Knowledge / experience of GDS

·         IATA or related certification preferable

·         Amadeus certification

Relevant Experience

·         2-3 years of experience in the BPO (Travel related) industry

·         At least 6 months of training experience.

·         Proficient with GDS - Amadeus

·         Should have basic knowledge / experience of Travel Agency procedures

·         Very Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

·         Customer/ Client Handling Skills

·         Should be organized, Methodical

·         Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail

·         Proficiency in MS-Office
