Job Descriptions

Job Description:

  • Manager Training will be responsible for upskilling and certification of V&A trainers and LCs, Improving Training throughput by evaluating current training effectiveness and methodology, content development, L&D, effective client and stakeholder management
  • Ensure TNI/TNA for LOBS along with POA and meeting training requirements from audit standpoints

 

Principle Accountabilities:

Trainer Development & Certification    

  • Conduct certification workshops for the new trainers/LCs
  • Evaluate Trainers and provide feedback to improve performance and facilitation
  • Highlight challenges

Content management  

  • Create content: FG & PG on V&A, culture, soft skills and L&D
  • Review/update content at regular intervals
  • Seek client’s/In house certification on each version of the Training Manual (if applicable)

Process Enhancement

  • Identify projects to improve training effectiveness for new hires impacting throughout and attrition
  • Ensure requirements for Audit are met from V&A standpoint
  • Work with respective LCs to create a robust  TNI/Refresher plan for all LOBs to improve agents’ on the floor

Team management       

  • Manage the trainers/LCs aligned from a career perspective
  • Motivate and Mentor the team to deliver throughput as per business requirements
  • Manage escalations with required inputs to client and feedback to the team (As required)

Educational Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • V&A certified: TTT L1
