Responsibilities and Duties

  • Month end closing and reporting
  • Monthly invoicing and posting
  • Handling customer queries and liaising with internal departments
  • Tax, GST and VAT
  • Managing supplier queries and expectations
  • General journals
  • Reports and Audits
  • Manage accruals and prepayments
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Production of daily and monthly reporting for the following:
  • Revenue by product
  • Cash collections
  • Debtors balances
Job Requirements
  • Qualified or partly qualified ACCA/CIMA/MIA
  • Be able to clearly demonstrate from their work experience all skill sets required in the core responsibilities of this role with examples
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Intermediate usage of excel including pivot tables, vlookups, sumif(s) and be comfortable working on spread sheets
  • Proven experience with multiple accounting software products and flexibility to adjust to new products
  • SAP Business One would be a strong advantage
  • Proven experience in implementing processes and efficiencies
  • Having an eye for detail with excellent analytical and record keep abilities
  • Be a strong communicator within a team environment
