Travel Consultant cum Admin

Job Descriptions
  • Perform all aspects of reservation and ticketing duties
  • Assist travel agents in their reservations and ticketing queries
  • Attend to walk-in and call-in passenger queries
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports
  • Assist in prepare quotations, invoices and etc
  • Maintain close relationship with the existing customers to ensure repeating business
  • Assist in simple administrative tasks
Job Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma in either Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the travel tour related field is required for this position.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese (other dialects will be an added advantage).
  • Computer literate.
  • Possess own transport
