Sales Admin Coordinator

Job Descriptions

- Responsible to issue purchase order and liaise with respected suppliers.

- To process order and monitor purchase cost of goods from suppliers

- To attend sales enquirers from internal sales department and call in customers.

- Coordinate with customers, sales team and warehouse on Goods delivery. (update and follow up)

- Assist in generating Delivery Order, Invoice and necessary documentation.

Job Requirements

- Minimum SPM qualification. Minimum 2 years working experience as indoor sales co-coordinator.

- Strong interpersonal skill, proactive

- PC literate with Good Interpersonal skills and able to communicate

- Skills: Auto count inventory system, MS Word & Excel
