Senior Executive, Account and Finance

Job Descriptions
  • Handle all financial and accounting operations
  • Preparing of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
  • Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements
  • Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met including Income Tax, Goods and Services ; 
  • Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit with the approved external auditor.
  • Prepare all supporting information for authorized groups.
  • Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.
  • Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control and petty cash.
  • Reconcile bank and investment accounts and manage cash flow.
  • Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting as compared to budget.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy.
  • Assist the Chief Corporate Officer with financial reporting and provide advice to support the decision making 
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 4 (four) years of working experiences
  • Experience and have knowledge usage of accounting system and accounting process - UBS
  • Experiences in handling Microsoft Excel and able to maintains the data.
  • Able to prepare full set of account / monthly report and variance analysis report for management revie
  • Good written and spoken communication skills that allow to inform and advise others clearly
  • Good understanding of research techniques, statistical and data analysis
  • Ability to understand and anticipate agent requirement
  • Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Having good computer skills in words, excel, power point and having skills in creating and sending messages, working with emails and message handling
  • Having initiative and the ability to offer new ideas
  • Equip with good organizational and planning skills to manage  time and to meet deadlines and objectives
