Job Descriptions
  • Possess knowledge of entire Reservation Procedure according to International Hotel manual system.
  • Manage the Reservations Department through prompt, effective and proper reservations service in order to meet and exceed budgeted targets.
  • Monitor revenue variance constantly and seek opportunities actively to maximize revenue.
  • Understand the competitive marketplace through analysis of trends and data and build a strategic approach to manage trends.
  • Supervising of Group Reservations.
  • Develop and train the Reservations Team to ensure the constant delivery of excellent Guest and customer service.
Job Requirements

1 - 2 years of working experience within a hotel reservations department is preferred.
