Summary of Role:

The Assistant Dean is to support the Dean with all of their operational responsibilities with regards to running of an Education Centre.  They are to be part of the front of house staff within a centre projecting the Inspire Education brand to customers and learners.

They are to be the lead with all local marketing.  They are to be able to directly support all local sales.  Performance related pay directly linked to centre performance.

Career opportunity to move to promote to a Dean’s role and manage an existing or new centre.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Support the Dean with all operational responsibilities.
  • Liaise with customers and leads to ensure a high sales threshold.
  • Organise and participate in local marketing events.
  • Substitute for the Dean when required to do so.
  • Support other Inspire Education teams when required.

 

Job Requirements

Personal:

  • Friendly personality with high interpersonal skills.
  • Strong drive with the ability to work independently.

Education:

  • STPM holder 1 A & 3 B’s
  • Proficient in Spoken and Written English
  • Proficiency in BM, Chinese dialects, Japanese and Korean is beneficial.
