Showroom Sales Representative
(Selangor/Kuala Lumpur, Selangor )
1. Apply proper etiquette to manage various customers situation.
2. Respond to our customers through our social media channels in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
3. To handle any refund and feedback end-to-end by working closely with other departments to ensure that any issue is resolved quickly and the customer is updated on the resolution.
4. Handle end-to-end for all enquiries, complaints and request by customers through effective communication and reliable service.
5. Able to brief a clear and understanding of the company services and products to customers.
6. Achieve customer service objective by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
7. Keep and maintain proper records of all customers’ interactions and transactions.
8. Maintain existing customer relationship and develop new sales opportunity.
9. Assist sales manager in verifying the customer contact list, all other related customer details and arrange for meetings.
10. Assist in marketing activities roll-out to help establish ELT brand awareness among local merchant communities through online and offline channels
11. Any other duties that may be required from time to time for the smooth running of the business.
1. Native Malaysian, good Mandarin and English are preferred.
2. Minimum 1 years experiences in customer service industry
3. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
4. Customer oriented and demonstrate a good presentation.
5. Prefer to have basic understanding of 3C products.
6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, positive can-do attitude
7. Prefer female, young, energetic and presentable.
8. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
