Customer Support Executive.(Oversea- Rm4500)

-Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems through live chat, call out and email.
-Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
-Working Hours: 8 day off per month, 10 hours work (included 1 hour break time)
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
-At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Required skill(s): typing speed, phone skills, resolving conflict and problem soloving.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese and English.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
-Able to follow the work shifting schedule arrange by the manager.
-Priority for candidate that can report in short term period.
-2 Full-Time position(s) available.
-Annual vacation leave: 24 days
-Sick leave: 12 days
-Php 1,500 per month for flight allowance (after regularized)
