Customer Service Executive - Melaka Raya

Job Descriptions
  • Fulfill the needs of the customers by providing information and assistance required for their duration of stay in the hospital.
  • Be involve in training and coaching of staff to create a customer oriented culture in the department and organization.
  • Attend to customer complaints and provide solutions for service recovery, when the need arises.
  • Lead, develop and monitor groups of staff in the customer service department.
  • Act as a bridge between departments to encourage positive collaboration for improvement of the customer experience.
  • Be actively involved in the achievement of department key performance indicator.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related customer service field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Preferred Chinese.
