Job Descriptions


  1. Welcome guests by greeting them, answering questions and responding to requests.

  2. Register guests by obtaining or confirming room requirements, verifying pre registration, assigning room, obtaining information and signatures and issuing access card.

  3. Establishes credit by verifying credit cards or obtaining cash

  4. Directs guests to room by showing location on hotel map

  5. Maintain records by entering room and guest account data

  6. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Job Requirements
  1. High school/Diploma or equivalent

  2. Experience working in a hotel is an added advantage

  3. Good IT skills to work with computerized booking and payment systems

  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with different types of individuals and personalities

  5. Excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of their way to accommodate the guest where possible

  6. Able to work with and secure sensitive and/or confidential material and information

  7. Self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision

  8. Able to tolerate pressure and work calmly and efficiently during busy times

  9. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens

  10. Able to work in shift

  11. Good conversational & written English and Mandarin
