Job Description

  • Identifies training needs and develop cost effective training needs.
  • To prepare monthly / yearly Training Report.
  • To conduct monthly training meetings for department Trainers.
  • To prepare annual department training plan and budget.  
  • To be able to develop generic training program for property level.
  • Maintains records, systems and databases.
  • Ensure all staff understand and adhere the policies and procedures.
  • Able to perform to the highest possible standards and professionalism at all times.

 

Job Requirements

  • Applicants must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Hospitality/ Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • At least 4 to 5 years working experiences in 4 or 5 star hotel in the similar capacity.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia or additional language will be advantages.
  • Train-The-Trainer Certificate recognized by PSMB is an advantage.
  • Excellent service and customer oriented.
  • Mature personality, versatile in performing multi tasks, a strong leader and team player.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Only applicable to Malaysian citizen and permanent resident of Malaysia.
